Very Modern
Lots of growth in this seaside town, lots of new buildings as are those in this area of the city. Offices and shops, quite a few people around. Very modern.

Very interesting place. Very well-equipped space. There are several restaurants and cafes in the complex. Steak House, La Boka - pasta and Asian kitchen. There is still something about Hawaiian, but never understood.simpat ...
