OsamaBThe research center was very beautiful. We bought admission tickets from trip.com and they just saw the booking page and scanned our passport to let us in. We entered through the west gate as there is barely any crowd and waiting time at the gate. Be prepared for walking a lot in the center as each pavillion is quite far from each other. Also it rained quite heavy the day we went so take an umbrella or raincoat with you just in case as the ones within the center is quite costly. Try to go around 8.30am so the Pandas are active and visible, as the only thing to do there is look at the pandas and enjoy them, other services are to be bought seperately.Chengdu

The environment is beautiful, and the bamboo forest and thatched cottages are very appealing to people from Northeast China. It has 2 sessions - we got the afternoon one as we were on our own and we had time to travel from Chengdu. We took the HSR to Sanxingdui station and then a shuttle bus to the museum (shuttle bus cost 2 CNY). There is an underground tunnel to cross the road to the museum and there’s plenty of food outlets to get a bite. Museum only has a small coffee cafe. Exhibits are laid out in 3 halls across 2 floors. We went first to Hall 3 to see the divine tree before the tour groups came up from halls 1 n 2. But it was still pretty crowded. The exhibits unearthed were exquisite and it is humbling to think that greater civilizations existed before us. And with passing of time, ours will decay tooChina · Guanghan

难 得糊 涂Chengdu's Wuhou Temple is the only Three Kingdoms holy site in China where a ruler and his ministers are worshipped together. For 50 yuan, you can visit Tang Dynasty steles, Qing Dynasty sculptures, and Liu Bei's tomb, then take some popular photos of the "red walls and bamboo shadows." There were interactive elements like the long-spouted teapot kung fu tea ceremony and Sichuan opera face-changing performance, creating a great atmosphere. There were international guests present, and the host was very beautiful, bilingual, and quite professional 😂. Before going, we did some research; Wenshu Monastery has several smaller venues, but we ultimately chose this one, and it was well worth the trip. For those planning to watch, arrive 30 minutes early, as it gets quite crowded, so remember to arrive early to secure a good seat 🤭.China · Chengdu
