A great place for shopping and souvenirs
The city has plenty of shopping but this was a cute area with some art pieces mixed in. If we could have had more time I would have spent more time and money here!

Also nice to bum with some small shops, but no need to visit Leeuwarden, the cultural capital of 2018. Also similar gates with similar shops can be found in many others...
Not mentionable
Apart from perhaps three nice addresses (cafe, vegetables, tea), this street is neither particularly attractive nor occupied with special shops. You can save yourself comfortably.
