Excellent drive
Excellent drive then stayed at Eagle Creek Escape cabins which is close by make sure you go during the week for less traffic
Wonderful Drive
If your in the area this is a must take road trip the views are beyond amazing. It is breath taking to how far you can see on a clear day.
Don't just drive, do some trails.
We traveled in the winter, which gave us the opportunity to see into the forest. The rocky ledges and fields of rocks all throughout the woods was awesome. We made sure to walk on many of the trails...

What an experience! I find it hard to imagine how they could have designed and built such a beautiful drive. Take your time and enjoy the drive.
Very Nice Scenic Byway. Just the right length.
We did the full length of this scenic byway going from west to east in October. We enjoyed all of the numerous overlooks. The visitor station on the western end was not open which was disappointing....
