David Copperfield has been loved by audiences and critics alike, and has been called the "Great Magician" of all time. He surpassed people's imagination time and time again, turning seemingly "impossible tasks" into reality. For more than ten years, David's TV show, world tour, and large-scale magic show "Dream and Nightmare" have maintained a box office record on Broadway. He crossed the Great Wall of China. David has also been featured on the cover of books such as Forbes, AD Digest of American Architecture and Esquire. Now David brings the magic show to the MGM Hotel, where you can perform the magic of magic on the spot.

More than 30 years ago, I learned about the magician David Copperfield through a live broadcast on CCTV. Today, I was lucky and happy to be able to watch the magician's performance up close at MGM in Vegas! [跳跳][跳跳]
I fulfilled my childhood dream of seeing David perform magic with my own eyes. I knew it was a trick, but I was still shocked when I saw the cars, spaceships and dinosaurs appear. Although time makes people grow old, old David is still very handsome.
Except for the short time, there is nothing wrong with it. The waiter was very considerate to change the seat. It was originally in the first row, but it was actually very tiring. David prefers to go to the middle row for interactive performances. Just buy a C area ticket, which saves money. The magic is very large, and it turned into a car, a flying saucer and a dinosaur. It also told the story of drinking his father very tenderly. David is still very handsome. I heard that this is the last year of the performance. It is worth watching
I think it's worth spending $122 to watch David's magic tricks up close, which I could only see on TV before. We bought seats in the middle of the theater. There is a projection on site, which will magnify the image. I don't think it's necessary to spend money to buy front-row seats. Two shows a night, each lasting 1.5 hours. Tickets are bought on the basement floor of the New York New York Hotel, but the performance is in the theater on the basement floor of MGM across the street. It is recommended to go early. We got to the wrong location and the show had already started. Fortunately, it was just the staff warming up the scene and reminding us of the precautions when watching. Of course, the most important thing is not to record or take pictures. If you miss the opening when David rides on a motorcycle and appears on the white cloth box stage that was just empty, you will still regret it (it is recommended to know the location of the theater in advance and don't miss it). The plot starts with his longing for his father and his father turning into a Smurf to come to the scene. Finally, the Smurf leaves on a spaceship, and the whole magic comes to an end. It is performed through one magic after another, which is fascinating. The audience will randomly come on stage to interact. I don't know if it's a trick or not, but it's good to have fun anyway.
David had some nice tricks but other than that it was obvious that the volunteers were part of the show. It turns out that this show was less about magic and more about story telling, maybe to prevent it from being monotonous. But for me I expected more magic than was there. There were barely a couple of illusions and that was it. If you are looking for a show about magic, go see it elsewhere.
I bought a middle seat, table 9F, which I felt was the best seat in the whole show (rows 9 and 10 were also OK, there were only one or two performances that required watching TV behind the seats). From the exquisiteness of the props, I could tell that the production cost must have been very high. The magician's skills were unquestionable, and the whole show was more of an illusion than magic.
A magic show that makes people linger. Each magic is beyond my imagination. He turned the seemingly impossible task into reality. Sometimes it was a car, sometimes it was a dinosaur, and the most shocking thing was that he conjured a spaceship from the sky. The whole process was high-energy, and you didn't have the chance to find any flaws. David would go to the middle of the venue at any time to pick someone to go on stage to cooperate with the performance. Those who are not good at English should be prepared to be picked at any time. 😂
