Is it a lonely park in winter?

When I was running in Elzrum city by rental car and was lost, I stopped by to confirm the location at the parking lot here. It was a beautifully maintained park, so I took a peek, but there was snow so there were no people and it was quiet. There was a Chinese-style building in 々, but it was not a Chinese garden level, but it was built with １２ Pots ～.
