It is a completely Western-style building that is unique among the white-walled warehouses. It seems that it was a store of vegetable dyeing and miscellaneous goods store "Wa", but it was closed as of September 2019. It was built in 1931 as the Kurayoshi branch of a small bank in the Sanin region called the Japan Industrial Savings Bank, and although it has about two frontages, it is mainly decorated with geometric art deco style, which is said to be a session that was popular at that time. The design on the body is wonderful. It seems to be the only historic Western-style building left in the city.

It is a gallery ＆ cafe in a corner of Kurayoshi's white wall dozo group. There are plant dyeing and fashionable miscellaneous goods in the store, and it is soothing just by looking at it. There is also a cafe space, which is a good place to take a break. This building is also wonderful. It is a Western building that was the former Japan Industrial Savings Bank and Kurayoshi Branch, and the way of taking windows and decoration that cannot be seen in Japanese buildings is wonderful.
