The temple is located on the side of the Royal Palace wall, and there is little room for the Temple of the Holy Teeth. It is part of the larger complex of the Temple of the Holy Teeth Relics. Tourists do not have to pay for the entrance to the temple. The temple has its own wall. This is an ancient temple dedicated to the Hindu Vishnu, but pilgrims went to the Temple of the Holy Teeth and first visited it as a ritual, showing great harmony between the two religions. The temple was built using locally available materials and is not outstanding in terms of artistic beauty. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful temple with a peaceful atmosphere. A must visit place for Kandy.
