The architectural style highlights military characteristics, and the "Triumph" of victory is the Chinese-style archway. The basic display is divided into four parts: the War History Museum, the Zhiqian Museum, the Yinglie Museum and the first panoramic museum in China. The museum has more than 10,000 cultural relics, of which 23 are national-level cultural relics. In 2003, the province and the city invested 60 million yuan to renovate and repair the display and park. After the renovation, the new pavilion was expanded and extended the scenic area, the central axis extended 600 meters to the south, and the Victory Square was built with more than 5,000 square meters. The memorial was built in 1959. In 1988, the central government, provinces and cities invested 27 million yuan to renovate and expand. The new museum is composed of three parks, namely South Park (Landscape Park), Zhongyuan (Memorial Park), and Beiyuan (Visit Park). The Liaoshen Battle Memorial Hall was built in January 1959, and was formerly the preparatory office of the Liaoning Dizhi Museum, Jinzhou Office, and Jinzhou Historical and Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall. In 1985, the new museum was located on the north side of the Liaoshen Battle Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower in the city center, and opened on October 31, 1988. The Battle of Liaoshen was the general name of a series of battles carried out by the Northeast Field Army in Liaoxi, Shenyang and Changchun from September 12 to November 2, 1948. The whole battle experienced the capture of Jinzhou and liberation of Changchun; the battle of Liaoxi fought to destroy Yaoxiang Corps; The three stages of liberation of Shenyang and Yingkou took more than 50 days, killing 470,000 people and liberating the whole territory of the Northeast.
