Fewer people, but when taking pictures, you should pay attention to the occasional vehicles, because they are sparsely populated and the speed is very fast. There are several paths in the woods. Nothing difficult. I think you may walk here and there for 1 km. Someone announces the opening hours, but since there is actually no door (or staff), people seem to follow them. Even in the busy season, it seems quiet.

Autumn should be the best season to come here. You can enjoy the thousands of scenery here. Autumn color like oil painting. Beautiful. Especially the weather in Jeju Island is so good, the sky is always so blue.
