Shojoji Temple is a venerable temple built during the Tensho era along the Kobe River, about 20 minutes by car from Izumo City Station on the outskirts of Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. The specialty of this temple is the azalea flowers that start to bloom after spring, and it is recommended to take a walk in the precincts while loving the flowers! Also, every summer, it is north of the temple, but fireworks displays are held along the Kobe River and Lake Jinsai, so you may be looking forward to it after worshiping.
