This is one of our family's favorite places to go during holidays. It is a few hours away from Tokyo by car or train yet the ocean is so clean and the air is fresh.

伊豆急の伊豆高原駅を中心とするエリア。いくつかのバス路線の終着になっているので、観光の起点として便利。駅から徒歩数分の場所には伊豆高原温泉という入浴施設もある。

When I exited the Kogen exit on the station, there was a footbath. You can see the sea and the platform below while sitting here. There was an olive tree donated by the Vatican. It seems that the olive tree is growing well because it is warm. There is a famous restaurant in Mikuni, Izu Kogen.
