Huangshan Baiyun Scenic Area is east of Baiyun Creek by the fishing bridge in the west gate of Huangshan Mountain. After Shirenfeng, Shizhufeng and Shibed Peak, the new paved ladder of 15 miles passes through the valley floor, and it extends to the Tianhai Zhonghai Pavilion, with a height difference of more than 1,000 meters.

Baiyunxi is located in the west of Huangshan Scenic Area, originating from the deep valley under the Xihai Paiyun Pavilion, and is formed by the water of the Xihai Group Peaks and Stone Columns, Salmon, Clouds, and Kowloon Peaks. It is about 13 kilometers long.

白云溪位于黄山风景区西部，源于西海排云亭下的深谷之中，汇西海群峰和石柱、鳌鱼、云际、九龙诸峰之水而成，全长大约有13公里。

因谷中有白云溪，又称“白云谷”。据介绍此谷是由近旁的石柱峰、石床峰，右前方的薄刀峰、飞来石，对面的排云亭、丹霞峰、松林峰和左前方的九龙峰、云外峰等奇峰怪石所围成的空间，风景十分壮观。峡谷入口处是狭窄的蛟龙滩，两岸峡壁陡峭，足见峡之神秘险骇，这都是大自然赋予我们的宝物啊。
