Yunshan Water Natural Ecological Farm

Yunshanshui Natural Ecological Farm is located in the Hualien-Taitung Valley between the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range. This is a privately owned area, and the few buildings are private accommodation villas. It is a very quiet place. The lake and mountains of Yunshanshui are the most beautiful in Hualien. The calm lake surface is not a ripple, and it is shimmering with a faint indigo. This beautiful scenery is amazing.

We shared a car from Hualien to Kenting for a day trip, and we passed Yunshanshui on the mountain line. When we went there, it was still under construction. There were water and trees, and it was very spacious. It looked nice from a certain angle, but when you turned your sight, there was an excavator next to it, which ruined the atmosphere. There are some villas in the park, which should be B&Bs, and they are quite nice. If you are on the way, or want to stay in a B&B here to relax, you can consider it. Otherwise, you can skip it.

Hualien's Dream Valley, now called Yunshanshui, has been there twice. The first time was in 2012, when I went there on my own and I was amazed. It felt like a paradise, with few people and a private tour. But the second time I went there in 2016, it had been developed into a mature commercial attraction, with many cars and no longer the quiet feeling I had before. I was a little disappointed when I revisited the old place.

There is a private eco-farm in Hualien County called "Yun Shan Shui". The driver said that "It Started with a Kiss" was filmed here! At that time, I was a big fan of Naoki and Xiang Qin [snickering] A 4-hectare [crazy] dreamy lake makes this place sparkle. The palm trees planted around are reflected in the water, with graceful figures. The white clouds in the distance are unpredictable, like a background board, making the whole picture rich and beautiful! Located in the Hualien-Taitung Valley, Yunshanshui Natural Ecological Farm is a private villa area. The rectangular manor covers a large area. Deep in the manor, there are villas of different styles. Some are majestic and magnificent, while others are elegant and delicate. Tourists can spend a weekend there to change their mood. The center is connected by a bridge and a lake. There are lush aquatic plants and lush vegetation. Coconut trees, larch trees, and other broad-leaved trees are everywhere. The blue sky, white clouds, and distant mountains are reflected in the lake. It is like a fairyland on earth.

Yunshanshui, a tourist destination that has gained popularity in recent years, is a must-see for visitors to Shoufeng, Hualien. The shimmering lake changes its appearance with the time of day and season, captivating the senses. The Yunshanshui Ecological Park is privately owned, and Dream Lake is artificially excavated. While its picturesque beauty has made it a popular tourist destination and open to the public, many private residences and land within the park are not open to the public. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, please remember to speak softly and respect the privacy of local residents. Vehicles are prohibited from entering the park. Yunshanshui Natural Ecological Farm is located in Shoufeng Township, Hualien, between the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range in the East Longitudinal Valley. It covers an area of ​​approximately 24 hectares, of which Dream Lake covers approximately 4 hectares. Its clear waters are so clear that you can see the small fish in it, which naturally attracts many migratory birds and flocks of birds to feed and settle here, making the park's ecosystem more diverse and meticulous. In addition, the park is surrounded by a variety of palm trees, seasonal flowering plants, broad-leaved forests, etc., so the scenery is different throughout the year, and each season has its own unique and charming spots.
