It's a building in 1932, but it's a modern building that you can still see now, and it's fun just to imagine how surprised it was just completed. Kunio Maekawa worked under Corbusier and was a maiden work after returning to Japan, so it was a building that perfectly embodies the influence. A kind staff guided me, but surprisingly, the glass at the time of completion and the toilet door knob I brought back from France were still there.
