Great experience. Very helpful staff. Shutle driver therapy dog is great with kids. The river is very fun and good for all levels or non swimming experience. Will. do again.

Get there early!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The trip on the river was fun. The river was low but we managed to enjoy the trip. A slow trip that you can enjoy the sights.

We had a great time floating down the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The river was low, but we still really enjoyed our trip.

Tubbing

We went tubbing in the morning which was perfect for us. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The River was low but had a good time. I would definitely recommend going tubbing in Helen,Ga.

Too crowded!

Went on Labor Day. Too crowded! Too many tubers going in the river at once. Also, not Cool River's fault: water level was super low. Suggest calling first to see what the water level is like before b...
