I visited the resort area near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Genting Highlands! At an altitude of about 1,800 m, surrounded by the refreshing highland air with low humidity, the moment when you pass over the tropical rainforest below on the cable car "Awana Skyway" feels like gliding above the clouds—truly breathtaking. After arriving, we had a blast at the indoor and outdoor theme parks "SkyWorlds" and "Skytropolis," and the whole family was very satisfied. Additionally, the "Arena of Stars" hosts live performances by major artists, making it a spot full of entertainment. You can also access the Chin Swee Caves Temple by transferring cable cars, so cultural experiences are a plus. The resort features one of Southeast Asia’s largest hotel complexes (over 10,500 rooms including First World and Highlands Hotel), outlet malls, restaurants, casinos, and hot spring facilities, allowing for stays from one day to several days! The best part? Crashing into my friends and laughing non-stop! The whole area was filled with neon lights, music, and cheerful chaos. It’s such a classic ride, but it never gets old—especially with that high-energy Genting vibe all around. Right after that, I spotted the Jumping Spurs ride and more family-friendly attractions nearby. I loved how the park was designed with all kinds of fun in mind—thrilling, silly, and chill, all in one place. Even the ceiling above us was glowing with animated patterns, making it feel like we were inside a giant digital world.
