By far the worst experience

The customer service was awful. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. We’ve been to this zoo many times before and never had an experience like this. We definitely won’t be coming back

Free entry… worth the visit

Great variety of animals and well kept, animals were out and active . There were severely empty enclosures and some seemed small for animals that seemingly would benefit from more room to roam.

Zoo Experience

The zoo experience was very cool. It was FREE to enter by foot and $10 to do the DRIVE thru. The staff is friendly and the exhibits are worth the walk thru. Great attraction in Garden City.

This is an excellent well-maintained zoo.

This was not the best zoo I have ever seen, but it may be the best free zoo I have visited. The animal enclosures are huge and well maintained, and their location is well marked (as well as on a map)...
