The Kitami Pass, which connects Kamikawa and Engaru, can be passed by a tunnel due to the opening of the Asahikawa Monbetsu Expressway, but you can enjoy a superb view by Keiyu National Highway 333. On the Engaru side, you can pass through a place with a good view and enjoy the overwhelming scenery of Hokkaido.
It is a pass that connects Kamikawa and Shirataki. A new car-only road runs side by side in a tunnel, but the view of the birch forest is the best and suitable for driving.
