The place is really cool, I just went to discover it, it needs a full day to visit each part of it and I feel it worth so I might consider coming back again for a visit
It's such a big park. The ticket price is discounted because it's not fully completed yet (children get half-price tickets for two children). It's very cost-effective... If you really want to visit every building, it will take a whole day, so there are so many people queuing for the free sightseeing bus!
From the past, about 50 minutes from the city, the fare is about 90,000 RP, another (9000 + 2500) RP fare, ticket is 10,000 RP per person, equivalent to 5 yuan, is a conscience scenic spot. On Saturdays, there were many local people in the square. The Park covers 27 provinces in Indonesia. The park is divided into 27 districts, representing 27 provinces in Indonesia. Each district has its own traditional buildings and plants. Tourists can travel all over the country by air cable car, small train or horse-drawn carriage to appreciate the scenery features of various parts of Indonesia. Unfortunately, many trees in the park fell in the storm, workers had to cut down trees, and even some buildings were overwhelmed by trees, and the park was closed and prohibited from entering.
I came with a tour group, it was pretty good. The park is very large and it takes 2 days to see it in detail. Each exhibition hall is similar, so I suggest you pick a few large and representative ones. It's worth a visit to experience the local primitive culture and characteristic crafts of Indonesia
Taman Mini Indonesia in Jakarta. I think it's more appropriate to call it the Indonesian Open-air Residential Museum. Indonesia is not only a country of thousands of islands, but also a country of many nationalities. The 125 hectares range from Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and other nationalities to the different cultures of more than 100 Indonesian nationalities.
This is one of the most important tourist attractions in Jakarta, where many famous buildings and landscapes in Indonesia are concentrated in a small park. There are Indian style buildings in Bali, traditional temples in the Chinese community, and the unique spires of Minanga Fort. It's worth a slow and leisurely stroll to learn about Indonesia as a whole.
The entrance ticket is cheap, and you can take the electric car to the scenic spots in the park for free. There are buildings from all over Indonesia, but some scenic spots and museums are charged separately. I watched the Indonesian dance performance for free in the Bali scenic area, and encountered a festival performance at the entrance of the Indonesian National Pavilion in the scenic area.
