Zhaogong Mountain is worth going. The journey is very hard, but it is very good to go with someone you like. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and the sea of clouds at the top is beautiful. Pay attention to the weather when you go. If the weather is bad, you can't see the sea of clouds.
I failed to reach the summit due to weather and time a year and a half ago. This time I climbed Zhaogong Mountain for the second time. I was just over 54 years old, but nothing is difficult in the world as long as you are willing to climb. The weather was very good from 8 to 7. I got up early and started at 8 o'clock. It took 1.5 hours to reach the temple halfway up the mountain. After that, it was a bad road + steep slope + mud, and it rained in the middle. Finally, I arrived at the end at 13:30. The weather at the top of the mountain was good, and there were not many people. There were people selling water and instant noodles. I ate and strolled for an hour at the top of the mountain, and went down the mountain at 14:30. The process of going down the mountain was too heartbreaking. Safety first, walking very slowly. My big toe is almost useless (I should have cut my toenails in advance). I finally arrived at the parking lot of the farmhouse after 8 o'clock in the evening.
The sunrise at Zhaogong Mountain is always so intoxicating and stunning, attracting countless photography enthusiasts. Every morning at 5 or 6 o'clock, photographers with long guns and short guns set up their camera stands early, waiting for the arrival of the glorious moment. The golden morning glow breaks through the clouds and gushes out. The fireball-like sun reflects the red sky and the earth! Excited people keep pressing the shutter to capture this beautiful moment.

Zhaogong Mountain on May Day was particularly quiet and mysterious, accompanied by occasional drizzles and drifting clouds. Here, the sky is blue, the water is clear, and the mountains are secluded. Surrounded by rolling green peaks, as you walk along the hiking trails in the lush jungle, you will inadvertently discover the leisure and fun of life. Here you can choose to sit in the mountains and watch the mountains stretching, here you can choose to do nothing, here you can choose to explore around...
Zhaogong Mountain in Dujiangyan is divided into the front mountain and the back mountain. The front mountain is the road that most people go to, while the back mountain is from the Wenchuan side, directly up the mountain from the entrance of the Friendship Tunnel on National Highway 213. The scenery of the back mountain of Zhaogong Mountain is really beautiful, with a wide view. Below is the Zipingpu Reservoir, especially after the rain, it feels like a fairyland.
