Worth the Climb
I made this trip with fellow travelers on a tour group. All of us were older (at 71 I was near the average) and we chose a climb that didn’t go all the way up. One sign indicated there was another 2....
It was a lovely day trip and easy hike, able to visit between 6 AM - 1 PM. We went to tour group of 15-20 people, able to see the old Lava from Volconas
It's amazing! We had a guide only for us. The rise is demanding because there is a pending (there is the option of using horses for Q300) We eat pizza and malvaviscos "to the lava"

We have to get it up!

I have never gone up a volcan in my life, I'm expensive to arrive but it's the easiest in Guatemala and I love it. November is the perfect date.
