Cetian Reservoir

Cetian Reservoir is located in Xubao Township, Yunzhou District, Datong City, Shanxi Province. Founded in March 1958, it crosses the mulberry dry river, more than 30 kilometers long, the downstream is Wulong Gorge, about 10 kilometers long, the Xingli water level area is about 50,000 mu, the water storage is 16,938,000 cubic meters, the design irrigation area is 10,000 mu, the annual fish production is more than 50,000 kilograms. The main tasks of the reservoir are to stop sand, flood control and ferry floods, industrial water supply, agricultural irrigation and river ecological water supply, and also play an important role in ensuring the safety of flood control in the capital.
