German Village

One of the most memorable experiences of this trip to the West is visiting the "German Village" in the mountains of the Great Northwest. This so-called "German village" is located on the desert Gobi in Helena, Montana. It is a German native who immigrated to the United States early. They are unwilling to integrate into American culture. The United States government is also inclusive, in addition to giving some English education assistance. This group of more than 100 people formed a small social system in this independent society, retaining the traditional German costume and culture, and being self-sufficient. When we arrived, a group of cute German village children, wearing unified national costumes, were playing games in the village, and they rarely contacted outsiders. It is not open to the outside world. This time, fortunately my uncle happened to have business with them to take us in to visit. It was an eye-opener! In this "village", everyone smiles friendly and kind, from houses to clothes, food, etc. are rationed, real communism! Not only have schools, canteens, centralized laundry rooms, fully automatic mechanized industry and agriculture, but also timber factories, cast iron factories, mechanical maintenance plants, etc., should be complete, orderly, the house is self-built, food is self-produced, even a screw is made by itself... all say that the Germans have strong hands-on ability, I see it here.
