🛏️50㎡ Executive Room brings happiness!
Rooms are on floors 28-41, with windows overlooking Tianfu Square and the city skyline, the night view is stunning~ A blend of American old money style with Chinese courtyard elements, featuring Sanxingdui mask decorations and Ruyi ornaments with great texture. The 400-thread-count bedding is so soft you won’t want to get up, Dyptique fig-scented amenities loved until the bottle is empty, double sinks + separate bathtub + TOTO smart toilet, full of refined details. Highlight: soundproofing! Surprisingly quiet in the bustling city center, perfect for light sleepers.

Lixuan Chinese Restaurant offers authentic Cantonese and creative Sichuan cuisine, Michelin-level quality; the 25th-floor lobby bar’s Warmies collaboration afternoon tea is visually stunning and lets you DIY doll expressions, perfect for photos; FLAIR rooftop bar’s terrace overlooks the night view, cocktails paired with Asian snacks are amazing.
💆♀️Healing facilities with variety!
The 23rd-floor spa is incredibly comfortable, with 10 treatment rooms using Swiss Valmont products, infused with Chengdu tea culture, leaving you refreshed after massage. Indoor heated pool with underwater music, clean water and few people; gym equipped with Technogym machines, yoga room + sauna available, after exercise you can relax on the jade leisure bed.
🌟Service details touch the heart
Executive floor perks are very practical: 2 free ironing items daily, shoe shining within two hours, luxury car pick-up within 3 km by appointment. The concierge is warm yet professional, fixed a broken desk lamp in 20 minutes, turndown service includes a handwritten card + exquisite welcome fruit plate, the experience is fully attentive.
💡Personal genuine advice
1. Prioritize the Executive Room! 50㎡ space + five meals in the lounge, cost-performance far exceeds the basic room, business travelers also get 2 hours free meeting room use.
2. Book afternoon tea in advance, the Warmies collaboration is visually appealing, and health-conscious guests can enjoy it worry-free (ingredients are healthy and not overly sweet).
3. For Panda Base/ Dujiangyan trips, ask the concierge to help plan the route, response is very prompt.
4. Pull the curtains well in the room; high floors have great views but privacy needs attention~
✨Summary: Whether for business or vacation, this hotel meets expectations! Prime downtown location + amazing views + thoughtful service, Executive Room at about 1500 RMB per person offers a full luxury experience, highly recommended for those seeking quality~
Other visitors' reviews of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding
Show More ReviewsThis was a unique and wonderful experience. We ended up spending the whole day there. It is a big place with lots of pandas. There are good services provided - clean toilets, shops, food. A very nice walk. Animals are the stars; it is wonderful to see that staff (cleaners, guards) cares for them as they would observe, talk to them and make sure that visitors were not disturbing them. So good job everybody. There are so many pandas (both red and giant) to see and they are all stars. No need to rush in the morning to see them, as they are cute and you are able to see them throughout the day. Snow monkeys display could however be improved for the benefit pf its inhabitants. All in all a wonderful experience.
