Convenient parking
This was a great place to park to explore the town, and a beautiful place to hang out. We had a great time.
Fantastic neighborhood beach.
I love to go to Depot Beach. Its fantastic. Rarely very crowded. Easy to get to and park...or by bike. Lake Charleviox is gorgeous .

Best beach in Charlevoix
I have been going to this beach for more than 40 years. It has a terrific view, is not crowded, has public restrooms, and kids swings and playground equipment. Very clean sandy beach and the water is ...

If you want to hang out on a mellow lake then Depot Beach is your go to beach. If it's windy on Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix should be calm.
