This is great place to fish, canoe, kayak, walk, run, bicycle or walk. The area is woodsy and one can often see eagles and deer.

A nice place to walk and see some nature

I try to get to Big Woods Lake a couple of times a month. I always find something to photograph. I typically walk the loop around the lake straying off the paved path when I see birds of interest.
