We traveled to Cape Town with a group in South Africa. After lunch, we took a walking tour to see the VOC Vegetable Garden, St. George's Cathedral, the Presidential Palace, the Slave Museum, the Parliament, the Museum, the Library and other institutional attractions.
Traveling with a group in South Africa, I came to Cape Town and walked to visit the oldest street garden in South Africa and other attractions. The garden was originally the private garden of Cecil Rhodes of the East India Company. It is now a large green space and free park in Cape Town. Anyone who visits Cape Town will come here to take a look, because there are many iconic buildings in Cape Town around it. Most of these buildings were built in the 17th and 18th centuries and reflect the medieval European architectural style. [Scenery] High green coverage rate [Fun] Ancient buildings and plants [Value for money] Free.
Cape Town's Central Garden is a very quiet and beautiful city park located in the downtown area of Cape Town. There are very beautiful lakes, dense woods and wide lawns here. The natural environment is very superior, with birds singing and flowers blooming. It is definitely a green lung in the metropolis of Cape Town and is worth visiting.
The tour guide called it the company garden because it was originally a private garden belonging to the East India Company. In the parks of Cape Town, people can play at will and live in harmony with small animals. There is also a 17-meter-high aloe vera, which grows in the center of Cape Town and absorbs the fog from Table Mountain every day.
The street garden in downtown Cape Town was originally a vegetable market, but was later transformed into a park with pleasant scenery. There is green grass here, and small animals such as squirrels, pigeons, and Egyptian geese can be seen everywhere. They are not afraid of people at all and chase after food. Standing in the garden square, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Table Mountain. In the early spring season, you can enjoy the warm sun and encounter street performers from time to time. Enjoy a rare leisure time.
