The magnificent embrace of Table Mountain gave me a wonderful journey that will never be forgotten. Walking in it, every inch of land is like a carrier of the mystery of life, and people sigh the magic of nature. Picturesque, as if entering a dreamy world, every step is full of surprises and expectations. This journey has made me deeply feel the greatness of nature and the wonder of life, and I am full of gratitude and awe. It is undoubtedly a deep dialogue between the soul and nature, a baptism of the mind.
I went to Cape Town with a tour group in South Africa and took a 360-degree revolving cable car to the famous Table Mountain. The weather was not good and there was heavy fog. Table Mountain, also known as "God's Table", is the most eye-catching symbol of Cape Town. There are many small animals in the mountain, and fossils of sea creatures have been found at the foot of the mountain. When white clouds float over the table, Cape Town residents call this scene "white towels covering the table."
Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa is a famous tourist attraction, well-known and worth a visit! Table Mountain, as the name suggests, is a mountain that looks like a table. From a distance, it looks like a flat table. There are small animals on the mountain, ready to move, living in peace with tourists, interesting!
Take a 360 degree revolving tour bus and climb to Table Mountain. Stand on the top of the hill and look down at Cape Dun. The prosperous city has a superb view. The vast Cang sea in the distance overlooks the towering mountains. Because of the ocean monsoon, the tour bus is not open to the public for half of the year. The Tour guide says that we are so lucky. The blue sky and sea greet the noble people and send the flowers to the guests and friends in the mountains.
Table Mountain in Cape Town is an unavoidable landscape. Looking down from the top of Mount Table, the scenery at your feet is certainly beautiful, but it is similar to what you see when the plane takes off and lands. So I don't think there will be any regret when Cape Town has no time to go to Table Mountain. The most beautiful view of Table Mountain is to look west in the downtown area of Cape Town. The magnificent momentum of Table Mountain makes people feel the greatness of nature and the insignificance of human power.
Table Mountain is a proud mountain. Whether you can see it depends on your character or not. It's a self-financed project. The travelling cable car costs 65 dollars per person. In November 2011, Table Mountain was named the New Seven Natural Landscape of the World. Table Mountain is the Mother Mountain of South Africa (Cape Town is the Mother City of South Africa), because it has a history of 800 million years (compared with the Himalayas, which have a history of 100 million years, can be called a younger brother). Table Mountain has been sleeping on the sea floor for 300 million years. It began to rise 500 million years ago. At an altitude of 1086 meters, the glacier cut the top of the mountain flat. From a distance, it looks like a flat desktop. From the bottom of the mountain, it takes about 4 minutes to ride a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are two 360-degree panoramic cable cars in the world, one is Tilles Mountain in Switzerland, the other is Table Mountain in South Africa. The cable car can carry 63+1 passengers at the same time. A copper model can give a general understanding of the topography of Table Mountain. There are several sightseeing routes in Table Mountain. One is to follow the outer circle of the top of the mountain, the other is to connect the two sides in about half circle (this is a small circle) and finally return to the cable station. There are hilltop shops and cafes. On this side, the sea is basically the sea. Looking up from the bottom, this section of the mountain is a famous landscape. Twelve disciples are like twelve disciples sitting around the table for the last dinner. Several fat vole-like animals were seen on the cliff. This is a hoofed rabbit. Don't underestimate it. It's a close relative of an elephant. There are white calla lilies in the crevices of the rocks on the top of the mountain. The texture of the rocks on the opposite side of the mountain is transverse, layer by layer, and there are longitudinal cracks, which seem to be very loose. On the top of the mountain, there are repaired cement stone roads or slate roads. On both sides of the roads, there are high and low gray rocks, pits and depressions, but they are full of low plants. It is introduced that there are 1470 different plant systems on the top of the mountain. Among them, there are several kinds of unique flowers. We do see many flowers that we haven't seen in our journey. There are irregular pits on the rocks, which are glacial relics - mortar. They are traces of ice, water and rock debris scouring on the rock surface at the end of the glacial period. Nearly half of the way around the road, lizards appear on the roadside. They are also animals listed in the introduction. They stand on the edge of the cliff and look at the opposite mountain. They are equally flat peaks. But the cliff between the two mountains makes people see their legs become soft and turn to Table Mountain. On the front, this side is northward. Below is the arc of Table Bay. Blue Atlantic Ocean. Table Mountain surrounds a flat land. Here is Cape Town. It is full of dense houses and buildings. On the left, there is a hill with a small hill, which is called Devil Peak and Signal Mountain. Standing on the top of the hill looking down for the two days to see the scenery, Green Point Football Stadium is the easiest to find. There is also an island in the bay, Robin Island, where Mandela's prison was held. When I was about to circle around, I found a piece of uplifted rock, which reminded me why I always felt familiar with the top of the mountain. It turned out that these stones were very similar to Wang Mangling, Shanxi Province, which I visited two months ago. On the top of Wang Mangling, a similar rock was named Xiao Taihang.“
Anyone who has been to South Africa knows that the public order here is the worst in the world, so it is impossible for us to have real contact with society. Our understanding of South Africa can only be partial. Even direct flights from Hong Kong to South Africa take 13 hours. If direct flights to Beijing take at least 16 hours, what a long journey. It is recommended that young people try to travel in their youth. In old age, flying for more than 5 hours will be very tired and overwhelming. Our family always hangs a picture of the South African sea. The sky is always so blue, and the sea is so blue. Although the blue is different, it is really beautiful and blue.
