So helpful and friendly. Went into the office looking for information about D-Day tours and information about Caen. They spoke English and were so helpful.

There is no parking permitted outside. Those with 'restrictions' are disadvantaged. The expected range of booklets, maps and tour brochures....

You can take a map with the proposed route of sightseeing, buy souvenirs. There is a Russian-speaking employee. It is near the castle.
