Hiking Mt Pinatubo was long ago on my bucket list - so glad it finally happened. After a thrilling Jeep ride to the starting point of the trail, a guide led us on our 1.5-2 hrs each way. The trail wasn't difficult nor ardous to hike. The views on top and lakeside of the crater, as well as the hike itself, are more than rewarding for everything.Not-so-fun fact the other morning: Our friendly host and owner of Casa Hermogina informed us, that last night the Taal Volcano erupted - the very day 1 year after we hiked there.
To be honest, I have been to Angeles City so many times, but I only went there once recently. I chartered a car and the road was not easy to walk. I basically went to the bar in Angeles City. If my friends hadn't insisted to go, I might not have gone to see it until now.
The lake next to this volcano is very beautiful, especially reflecting the blue sky and white clouds, giving people a sense of beautiful scenery. This volcano is even more beautiful. Although the temperature is very low and there is some white snow next to it, it adds some fun to the beauty.
The volcanic landscape is so beautiful, the local customs are also good, and most importantly, it is cost-effective! !
Mount Pinatubo is a tropical volcano. The temperature of this volcano is quite high. There are many beautiful views to enjoy, and the area around the island is very lively.
