Stay away and get the public bus instead!
Awful experience. Staff rude, and apparently don’t speak English. Definitely avoid at all costs. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!

Nous ne sommes pas forcément adepte de ce genre de prestations mais je vous conseille les 2 petits trains de Bologne en particulier le san lucas express qui permet de grimper facilement à la basilique...
