Beverston Castle

Beautiful

Lovely ruins with house built into it. The church opposite is delightful. It is privately owned so no facilities and off the main road with only a sign for the Norman Church.

Small castle ruin - best viewed from the road.

Driving back through the Cotswold village of Beverston, stopped off to see what i could of the castle. Not a great deal to see really. Only worth stopping if you happen to be driving through.

One to watch out for

Bueatful castle & church but eaisly missed as it is surrounded by large trees that cover the front so keep an eye out. Lovely day out if you like this sort of thing. The gardens were also very pretty.
