Nijmegen and the Football Area in Berg en dal, the wood and the hotel Erica was wonderfull to visit and to plan for future
Gorgeous muddy workout
If you like having a marked trail to follow try the Kabouterroute (1.5km) or the N70 (16km). Gorgeous forrest next to the most undutch village in Holland. Go on a dry day or you'll be knee high in mud...
Great walk
Great views, not too crowded and a nice challenge... nice hill and forest with occassional altitude change..
Absolutely My Favorite!
One has to be in shape to walk these trails! Steep steps up and down, but truly spectacular. I love these woods, I grew up here. Some beautiful panoramas during your walk. Heaven for me!
Undutch lovely hilly walk through woods and meadows
I was wondering if I should continue writing this review in English (as all m reviews) as the Berg en Dal area east of Nijmegen is so not Dutch that I wonder if foreign visitors ever would come there....
