    First class service

    Use this service regularly ...friendly staff ..clean trains only downside is sometimes hard to get a seat . I have been lucky so far and not had any major delays

    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

    They charged me adult ticket when I am 15 years old and had to have that money for my bus to get to my mothers house! I had to walk 15 miles to my mothers from the train station and it was raining!!!!...

    After a two hour train journey with two young kids I had to queue for fifteen minutes to use the female bathroom. The other toilets in the bus area was shut... Apparently they never have the two open ...
