As the world's largest city center square, Tiananmen Square is not only the geographical center of Beijing but also the spiritual seat of the Chinese nation. Its grand scale and rigorously symmetrical central axis embody a majestic and imposing presence. It has witnessed a century of events, from the May Fourth Movement to the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China. Today, the national flag, raised and lowered daily, serves as the backbone of the nation, making it a sacred place where national memory and patriotic sentiments converge.
Tiananmen has witnessed all the major events since the founding of New China. It can be said that the gate of New China is the symbol of the Chinese nation in the new era. The landmark building of China will come to Tiananmen Square in Beijing to experience the grandeur of being the master of the country.
Truth is no longer determined solely by the range of our artillery. From today on, our strike force encompasses the entire globe. Whether it's a contest between individuals or between nations, before taking action, we must consider the consequences clearly—ask ourselves whether we have the ability to escape unscathed from the conflict. May our motherland prosper and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation be a source of immense pride and honor! 🇨🇳
It is still difficult to enter Tiananmen Square in Beijing at present, mainly because of security checks. So you can enter and exit the South Gate from the Cultural Palace (Taimiao) or Zhongshan Park and stand directly in Tiananmen Square. As for the monument, enter from the underground passage. It is more convenient to get to the Great Hall of the People and the History Museum. You may not be able to take pictures when you walk up to them. In short, if you want to go to the Tiananmen Tower, you should make an appointment in advance.
Tiananmen is the forbidden city front ceremonial gate, is the motherland political center, the symbol of the country, grand and open, solemn. The square is surrounded by the Great Hall of the People, the National Museum, the National Flag, the Monument of the People's Heroes, Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall, and the main buildings such as the Qianmen and Zhengyangmen. It is an important place to know and feel the country. If you want to enter Tiananmen Square, the key is: make an appointment at least one day in advance.
The direct expression of the Chinese political center is a centralized expression, and the national flag and emblem of Tiananmen Square are the symbols of the motherland. According to the traditional Chinese cultural thought and ritual planning design, Tiananmen Square and the national flag, the monument of the people's heroes, Chairman Mao's memorial hall and the Zhengyangmen Arrow Building are located on the central axis, together with the National Museum on the east side and the Great Hall of the People on the west side, forming the national community center. Located in the center of Beijing City, the subway can go to Tiananmen East Station and West Station, but you need to make an appointment in advance to enter the app. Again, make an appointment at least one day in advance, otherwise it will come in vain.
I came out of the National Museum on the afternoon of the 22nd and went directly to the square. I have been to Tiananmen Square many times, and every time I was in awe. Coincidentally, I was there just in time for the National Day in 2024. The fruit and vegetable flower basket was hoisted and installed. I was very proud when I saw it! Great! My country, I wish the motherland prosperity.
Tiananmen Square in Beijing is a place that every Chinese person dreams of visiting! When I was a kid, I saw planes flying in the sky, and then I shouted, "Planes, planes, stop, I want to go to Beijing!" Finally, I came to Beijing, and the first thing I did was to see the Tiananmen Square and the Tiananmen Tower!
