Silver Fox Cave, located in Yingshui Village, Fozizhuang Countryside, Fangshan District, Beijing, 60 kilometers from Beijing city. It is the first batch of municipal scenic spots of the Beijing Municipal People's Government. The scenic spot is located under the Baihua Mountain in the northwest mountainous area of Fangshan Mountain, on the banks of the Dashi River, with rolling and rolling surrounding layers, beautiful mountains and clear waters, and an area of 1.8 square kilometers. It is the largest large-scale cave group in the north. It is named after stalactites shaped like silver foxes.

This is a mysterious underground cave group. It is completely different from other scenic spots in the cave. I collected this attraction very early. I drove over when I had time on weekends. This place is in Fangshan District. It takes about an hour and a half to drive from the city. There is a parking lot at the door, and 10 yuan is unlimited. Entering the cave is in batches, about 20 minutes to half an hour, we arrived just in time for a wave of tourists into the hole, the staff greeted us to trot two steps, followed the large troops. The cave is a constant temperature of 13 degrees, so you can rent a jacket at the hole. The hole is really cold, but it is much better to go up and down inside, especially when you get out of the hole, you will sweat, so we have no rent. Entering the cave is a very deep downward step, there are street lights and colorful landscape lights everywhere in the cave, so there is no problem with seeing the route, but there are more steps, there are irregular stone walls on both sides and overhead of the cave, so you still have to be careful when you go down the steps. When you go deep, you can see all kinds of shapes of stalactites. The scenic spot has given many image names for these stalactites and has protected them, so everyone must cherish these products of nature. There are several forks in the cave. You can follow the tour signpost. It is really uncertain to ask the staff of the peers. When you see the big sign of "North China Underground River Exploration", you will go down the steps and go to the place where you can take the boat. Remember not to go up the stairs along the sign, so go to the exit and miss the boat. There are two boats in the cave, each boat can take about 9 people, the staff will wait for the tourists to arrive together, the overall cruise itinerary is about 10 minutes. The cruise ship is manpowered, there is a fixed rope on the top of the cave, and the staff will pull the rope to guide the boat forward. The river is very clear, with landscape lights, very beautiful. It should be noted that the top and sides of the cave river are relatively narrow, and you must pay attention not to touch your head when you take the boat. The cruise ship will return to a place. The staff said that there is a waterfall in front, but it is more dangerous, so I didn't row forward. After the cruise, follow the tour sign and start to go up, this section can see the most famous silver fox shape stalactites in the Silver Fox Cave. Going forward for a long coal tunnel, because the earliest time here was the coal mining tunnel, and later found the cave, which was transformed into the current Yinhu Cave Scenic Area, so this tunnel was retained for tourists to visit. There is a long track in the tunnel, and you can see the small train used by workers, but now you can't take it. The tunnel is said to be 500 meters, but it is definitely more than that. I estimate it to be 1 km. The tunnel is the upward steps to the exit. This is the most testing place of physical strength in the whole process. It is estimated that there are 2 or 300 meters. It looks like you have to take a deep breath of cool air and climb up with sweat. Therefore, one is not very recommended to bring the elderly, and the other is not particularly cold, it is not recommended to rent a jacket at the door. The whole silver fox cave is generally three parts, cave stone bell milk, underground river, tunnel, plus a long step of exercise, the whole process down 1 to 2 hours, the ticket 65 yuan, or worth a visit.
