    Typical Russian Memorial.

I say typical because of the massive size. Any war memorial I have seen in Russia is outstandingly large. Very moving.

    Typical Soviet war memorial

Larger tha life memorial which recognises lives lost in defence of the country in WW2. Nice little park and across the road from othermemorials and the river beach. Worth a stop in this area.

    Decent

The central monument on the square open on the embankment of North Dvina. Near the monuments to the Heroes of the Soviet Union, the North Convoy and Thulena, who saved in the war the inhabitants from hunger.
