They proactively gave me a new bathrobe when it got wet, and when they saw me shivering from the cold as I entered the room, they immediately brought me a cup of brown sugar ginger tea. The park isn't large, and the entrance fee includes a reindeer snack, moss, and free reindeer interaction, making it a great value. The weather was still hot, and the reindeer seemed lethargic. Their antlers were massive, but for safety's sake, it was best to maintain a distance. Be sure to keep the moss and snack bowls out of sight of the reindeer, as they are quite greedy and will actively snatch food. Parents with children should avoid petting the reindeer, as they can be quite irritable and will react to any contact. The sika deer were quite lively, accommodating and cooperative, so you can approach them for photos and interactions. PPS: I bought a four-hour pass. Excluding the time for renting and returning equipment, I actually only skied for about three hours. During peak season, you might need to factor in queue time, so choose your duration carefully!
