Fun little Hippo in Aarhus

Walking around Aarhus, came across the Flodhesteungen sculpture by accident. Fun little Hippo. Worth a look if you're passing.

It's quirky, in a random location and just adds to the animal themed sculptures that permeate the city, I liked it! Love coming across things like these;0)

my children loved it

we were in Aarhus for couple of weeks and almost each time when we were passing this sculpture and if it was not raining. my children were playing over her :)

Not a real hippo

Everyone was like "go see the river horse on frederiksgade"- not what I expected AT ALL. My mate Merk fell over it and did his knee awhile back. Warning- THIS HIPPO IS NOT REAL AND DANGEROUS!

The city is a spectacular walking view, and certainly not to look for if you don't pass in front of us, but it's a nice one.
