After going to the St. Lawrence Market in Canada and the Mahathir Yehuda Market in Jerusalem, Israel, I think that the most special thing about the Adelaide Central Market is that everything can be sold here, from ingredients to cameras, etc. It is not only a market for fresh ingredients, but also a microcosm of South Australia's multiculturalism, reflecting South Australia's unique history of immigrant entrepreneurship and struggle.
