Misplaced your ticket? No problem. All you have to do is head to a ticket window of the railway station at least 20 minutes before your train’s departure date and provide the ID you used to purchase your original ticket, your original departure date and your destination station. If you are travelling with friends or want to sit in your original seat, let the ticket seller know.

Once you’ve purchased your replacement ticket and have boarded the train, look for a conductor and tell them you’ve bought a replacement ticket. They’ll give you a receipt. Don’t lose it! Once you arrive at your destination, take your receipt to the ticket window to receive a full refund for your replaced ticket.
