If you have booked paper tickets, you can pick your tickets up at any railway station in Mainland China or at an authorized ticket agent. To pick up your tickets at a railway station ticket window, please provide your ticket pick-up code and valid IDs used at the time of booking for all passengers.
If you have purchased e-tickets, you do not need to pick up paper tickets. Please ensure that all passengers with e-tickets carry their valid ID used at the time of booking when traveling.
Notices:
1. When taking the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, please be sure to carry your valid travel document and any necessary visas.
2. A fee will be charged when picking up your tickets for the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link in Hong Kong. For this reason, we recommend picking up your tickets in Mainland China when possible. Ticket pick-up fees will be charged as follows: HK$10 for each ticket priced under CNY200, HK$20 for each ticket priced from CNY200 to CNY300, HK$30 for each ticket priced over CNY300.
3. For trains departing from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, please arrive at the station at least 45 minutes prior to departure to pick up your ticket and complete entry and exit procedures.
