雨瓣泪I've heard about the Guishan Han Tomb for a long time, and I finally got to see it this time. To be honest, if you're just looking at the scenery, it's just average. But if you're interested in the history, then it's definitely worth a visit.

_We***66The most fortunate part of this trip to the Xu Bo Museum was encountering this wonderful guided tour! Professor Bi's profound knowledge brought the weighty history of the Han Dynasty to life, making it vivid and thorough. His explanations of the museum's treasures, such as the jade burial suit and the Han jade ornaments, were particularly impressive, transporting us back to that era. I listened with rapt attention throughout, benefiting immensely. It was definitely the highlight of any museum visit, and I highly recommend it!

Anonymous userThe scenery was beautiful, with lush trees that were truly refreshing. 🎢 As the cable car ascended, the surrounding scenery became increasingly spectacular. The nearby forest was verdant and everything seemed so vibrant with life.

Anonymous userThe scenic area is very large. The shuttle bus costs an additional 20 yuan. The attractions are neither too close nor too far apart; taking the bus is wasteful, and walking is unsuitable for the elderly and children. It takes half a day. Because the signage is not obvious, there are few people on non-holidays.

发威的滚滚是胖哒My parents didn't want to go to Qingming Garden, so they visited all the other attractions in Kaifeng. It's very Kaifeng-style, the park is huge, and the main attraction is the pagoda. The environment is beautiful, and there are performances at each gate. You can even rent an electric scooter to navigate the area. There's water mist spraying everywhere—I don't know if it's to increase humidity or create a fairyland feel...

东日暖洋ingOn October 1st, I braved the rain with my family to visit Xuzhou Fantawild. The experience was surprisingly wonderful! Despite the rain, the air was fresh, so we prioritized the indoor attractions. "Flying," with its suspended seats and giant dome, had the kids exclaiming in delight as they "flew" across mountains and rivers. "Boonie Bears Theater," a live-action re-creation of the animation, captivated the children and kept them laughing. "Idiom Fairy Tales" rafting allowed them to learn idioms while having fun, combining both educational and entertaining experiences. However, there were some unpleasant aspects of this visit. The Ice and Snow World within the park was an extra charge, requiring you to rent clothing. The same applies to the Pet Paradise, which required a separate fee. These additional fees weren't mentioned when I bought my tickets, and I thought I could enjoy everything with one ticket. This really ruined the experience and made me feel ripped off. I hope the park can improve its pricing. Although the rain caused some inconvenience, it was a warm and joyful family outing. I'd like to try the outdoor attractions next time the weather is sunny, but if the pricing isn't changed, I'm unlikely to consider returning.

206***56Kaifeng's Daxiangguo Temple is a charming ancient temple with a history spanning over a thousand years. It was a royal temple during the Northern Song Dynasty and the setting for Lu Zhishen's famous act of uprooting the willow tree in the classic novel *Water Margin*. The temple's architecture is simple and elegant, and the Thousand-Handed and Thousand-Eyed Guanyin statue in the octagonal glazed tile hall is exquisitely crafted. The temple is filled with melodious Buddhist music, combining historical weight with Zen-like tranquility, making it well worth a visit.

awu45Having grown up watching "Justice Bao," how could I miss the Kaifeng Prefecture, the residence of Judge Bao, when visiting Kaifeng! Don't miss the performances inside! The opening ceremony at 9 AM is incredibly immersive, the "Judge Bao's Case" drama in the main hall is highly realistic, and the "The Case of the Chariot at the Gate" holographic theater is technologically advanced. Our group dressed up as an empress, Nezha, a female knight… we couldn't even tell the dynasty anymore! We just traveled through time and space, causing chaos in Kaifeng Prefecture. I wonder if Judge Bao would scold us "monsters" [laughing emoji]. We enjoyed the performances and took lots of photos – so much fun! After visiting Kaifeng Prefecture, head straight to the adjacent Judge Bao Temple. In the evening, take a cruise on the Grand Song Dynasty Imperial River, and then head to the Xisi Night Market for soup dumplings. If you have the energy, you can also visit the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden or the Wansui Mountain Martial Arts City to see the evening fireworks and intangible cultural heritage performances like iron-smelting! 🎫Tickets: Adult ticket 65 yuan, student half price 32 yuan. Our 60 yuan Kaifeng annual pass was a great deal, offering a 30% discount on non-holidays and valid at 16 other scenic spots. 🚗Transportation: Super convenient transportation. Take tourist bus L606 directly; parking is very convenient near the South Gate.

寂寞侯jojoLongting Scenic Area in Kaifeng is a landmark of the ancient city. Longting is not actually a pavilion, but a palace complex of the Song Dynasty imperial palace. Now, it hosts an annual chrysanthemum exhibition every autumn: from mid-October to November 18th this year. It is one of China's five major chrysanthemum exhibitions, with hundreds of varieties of chrysanthemums lining the imperial road, creating a "sea of chrysanthemums." Chrysanthemums from all over the country compete in beauty, but the colorful chrysanthemums that are very popular with visitors come from Nanjing. The spore-shaped arrangement designed by Nanjing Agricultural University is also very interesting. Of course, chrysanthemums from other cities are also not to be missed. Besides the chrysanthemum exhibition, there is the Longting Grand Hall: standing on a 13-meter-high blue brick platform, requiring climbing 72 steps (symbolizing the number of earthly evil spirits). The center of the steps is inlaid with a stone carving of a dragon and cloud pattern. The hall is a Qing Dynasty-style double-eaved hip-roof building. Inside, there is a plaque inscribed with "Long Live the Emperor" from the Qing Dynasty, and a Song Dynasty wax museum (63 wax figures recreating historical scenes from the Northern Song Dynasty). The central axis layout, from south to north, consists of the Meridian Gate, the Jade Belt Bridge (a white marble bridge), the Imperial Gate, and the Main Hall, forming a solemn and dignified royal ceremonial axis. The scenic area contains the underground ruins of six dynasties' imperial palaces. Looking down from the Main Hall, east and west, two lakes face each other: East Lake (Panjia Lake): Its murky waters are associated with the treacherous minister Pan Mei; West Lake (Yangjia Lake): Its clear waters symbolize the loyal Yang family generals. Boat tours are now available (68 RMB/day, unlimited visits, night tours included). Opening hours: 08:00-22:00 (Daytime 08:00-16:00; Night tour 16:00-22:00). Like other scenic spots in Kaifeng, there are daily performances. Ticket price: 30 RMB. However, if you have ample time, it is recommended to purchase an annual pass/combination ticket, allowing multiple entries to several scenic areas based on your needs. Address: North end of Songdu Yujie Street, Longting District, Kaifeng City (Navigation: "No. 14 Longting North Road") Parking may be limited during peak season; multiple bus routes provide direct access. Best Season: October-November (Chrysanthemum Exhibition) or early spring (Plum Blossoms in full bloom); The main hall offers panoramic views of Pan and Yang Lakes, the reflection of the Jade Belt Bridge, and the "Songhu" stone inscription at the Stele Pavilion; The Chrysanthemum Exhibition and other events are linked: Longting - Tianbo Yang Mansion - Hanlin Stele Garden - Kaifeng City Wall Scenic Area. This is a continuous route from Longting to the city wall, avoiding backtracking. A combined ticket also includes the Iron Pagoda Park, about 2 kilometers away, accessible by bus or taxi. Longting is the main venue for the Chrysanthemum Exhibition, while these four are branch venues. Suggested Visit Time: A leisurely visit to all five scenic areas will take at least half a day. Longting and the Iron Pagoda are quite large. If you don't visit these, Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Park also have Chrysanthemum Exhibition displays.
