Photos prove my reservation was successful. This was my first time in Harbin. I entered the park at 3:55 PM and made four reservations at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to unlock the Ferris wheel, the 365-meter giant slide, and the snowmobile show (I didn't finish watching it because I waited 20 minutes on the open-air platform, and it was too cold to stay there). The Dream Stage didn't require a reservation; I participated directly. I left the park around 9:30 PM (the east gate was currently closed; entry and exit were through the south gate).
Arriving on the second day after opening, this is Harbin's iconic landmark, and I've long admired it. It feels like a huge undertaking, requiring a lot of manpower and resources. It only happens once a year, so I came to show my support. Before coming, I'd heard many people felt it lacked novelty and wasn't good value for money. The Ferris wheel requires waiting in line outdoors, which must be unbearable in low temperatures. I suggest the organizers add a small indoor museum displaying historical photos and a brief introduction to the ice blocks used in the ice sculptures and the creation process. Every year they say it gets bigger each year, but things tend to go to extremes. A return to simplicity isn't bad. While emphasizing innovation, let's not forget our original intentions.

It’s definitely worth a visit. Feeding the tigers is an unique experience. Go early in the morning to avoid crowds. The bus doesn’t smell as bad as I thought it would. Easy access, take the train line 2 to Shimao and then take a Didi. Easy!! Go and enjoy!!
Extremely satisfied, highly recommended! It was my first time getting so close to the tigers in a special vehicle. The tigers in the tiger park displayed different postures, but most of them were gentle!

A scenic and relaxing ride offering beautiful views of the Songhua River and Harbin city. The cableway is smooth and well-organized, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. A great way to see Harbin from above, especially during winter.
Taking the Songhua River sightseeing cableway offers panoramic views of the Songhua River and the castles floating on its banks. It's like seeing the Ice City from a bird's-eye view. More than just transportation, it's an aerial postcard from Harbin to every traveler. Here, crossing the river becomes a ritual, a dramatic shift in perspective that transforms how you view the city.

Harbin Polar Park offers a variety of exciting performances, such as the beluga whale show "Heart of the Ocean," where trainers dance with beluga whales to form shapes like the "Heart of the Ocean," and in 2024, it was upgraded to incorporate traditional Chinese elements; the dolphin show combines 3D holographic projection with a surprise appearance by mischievous penguins; the sea lion and walrus stand-up comedy show is performed humorously by the "Northeast Comedy Troupe"; and the water dance show features ballet dancers and mermaids performing in the water, creating a stunning spectacle with lighting effects.
It’s excellent. You should plan to spend at least half a day here, as there are many different animal species to see. It’s recommended to come early in the morning so you can watch the penguin parade coming out to greet visitors. Inside the various buildings, there are also different shows to enjoy. It’s definitely worth a visit.

It's been many years since I last visited Jingyuetan. This time, I took my child to try skiing during my trip back to China. I bought all the ski suits and protective gear online, and also purchased a three-hour beginner slope pass and a Jingyuetan entrance ticket on Ctrip for only 68 yuan per person—such a bargain! This December is a special offer, it was practically tailor-made for us! 😄 We're back in Changchun for a month, so we can ski as much as we want. There are instructors at the ski resort. Before I even mentioned hiring one, two instructors helped us get the skis, taught my child how to put them on, and helped her ski to the entrance. They were very welcoming. I originally wanted to hire an instructor for my child, but at the entrance, we switched instructors and hired one for 200 yuan an hour, one-on-one. The male instructor was very helpful and even explained the ski techniques and braking techniques to me, haha. Then he slowly led my daughter down the slope, teaching her as he went, while I skied down by myself—or rather, rushed down, and then couldn't stop and flipped over! 🤣 The instructors were definitely helpful. After an hour, my daughter could ski smoothly on her own, and she didn't fall once in three hours! It was really good; the instructor was definitely worth the money. Three hours is enough for a beginner to ski. It was snowing heavily, and my feet got a little cold after wearing ski boots the whole time. My daughter said she wants to learn snowboarding next time. She was quite proud that she learned to ski on both skis on her first try. It was a great experience. Jingyuetan is an established ski resort, but the skis and equipment have all been upgraded, which is nice. The only downside is that the rest area is quite small, there are no separate changing rooms, and the food and drinks are limited. However, we only skied for three hours before leaving, and my daughter just ate a grilled sausage there. The rest area also rents out ski suits and other gear like turtle costumes for 50-100 yuan. If you plan to ski more often, it's more convenient to buy your own full set.
Early December saw very little snow, significantly diminishing the beauty of Jingyuetan and making it seem rather ordinary. It also got dark quickly, around 4:30 PM, further reducing the scenic appeal. The park's public transportation wasn't as crowded as some summer visitors had reported, making it very convenient, and the drivers were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend that visitors who want to see the beautiful scenery wait until late December for better value.

Harbin's "Oriental Louvre" has been transformed from an old pharmaceutical factory. Its golden dome and crystal chandeliers exude luxury, and the interior displays hundreds of exquisite prints. Free to the public, it's incredibly popular, offering visitors the chance to experience printmaking and take stunning European-style photos—a successful example of industrial heritage transformation.
Truly excellent. A very pleasant visit; even my beloved Harbin has some great attractions. A worthwhile trip. It's like starting China's Louvre! I loved it.

Volga Manor in winter was absolutely stunning for us southerners. The Russian-style architecture blended perfectly with the snow-covered landscape, making for incredibly photogenic photos. Definitely worth recommending.

Changchun Ice and Snow World is worth visiting! The ice sculptures are super stunning, and the various shapes are so beautiful under the lights that you can't speak, like walking into a fairy tale world. The 1,000-meter snow slide is exciting and fun. Although I had to wait in line for a while, it was totally worth it. There are many warm rooms in the park, and you can go in to warm up at any time when it's cold. There are also hot drinks and snacks, and the price is reasonable. The staff is very enthusiastic and patiently guides when asking for directions. The overall experience is great, the ticket price is very high, and it's super fun to play for a day. I recommend everyone to come and experience this ice and snow happiness!
I went there as soon as the winter vacation started. I was not in the right place. The big slide was for adults and the small slide was for children. My daughter played the small slide 8 times without waiting in line. It was much more cost-effective than Harbin.

Snow Town in China is a popular winter tourist destination with unique snow scenery. Its snow season is long, lasting from October to April of the following year, with snow that doesn't melt. Landscapes like "snow mushrooms" create a fairytale-like scene, even more enchanting at night when illuminated. However, Snow Town also has some drawbacks, such as relatively high prices, mainly due to the slippery roads and difficulties in transporting supplies during snowy weather, which is understandable. Overall, Snow Town is suitable for tourists with a strong desire for snow scenery, but advance planning is necessary to avoid being scammed.

The waterfall's diving show is quite unique. Check the schedule; it's worth seeing. If you're not going on a boat trip and just want to see the falls, you can walk there without taking the sightseeing bus.
Having visited many lakes in the south, this was my first time visiting a lake in the north, and I was amazed. The water was vast and the blue was crystal clear. Under the sunlight, it shimmered like sparkling pearls, precious and beautiful. The explanations of each scenic spot and story were also very apt. It was a wonderful trip!
