It is named because the stones on the mountain are suitable for milling. The entire area is a mountain and water tourism city with more than 170 hills of various sizes. It belongs to the eastern foot of the Greater Khingan Range and is close to the Yalu River. It has beautiful scenery and rolling mountains and forests.
