4.7/5Anonymous userGuangzhou Chimelong Safari Park is undoubtedly a shining jewel in the animal kingdom, offering visitors an unforgettable and magical journey. Upon entering the park, its grandeur and exquisite detail immediately strike you. As Asia's largest wildlife theme park, it covers a vast area divided into multiple themed zones. The park boasts an incredibly diverse array of animals, from adorable giant pandas and lazy koalas to majestic white tigers and elegant giraffes. The animals are in excellent condition, and their living environment is exceptionally superior. For example, each giant panda is equipped with an ice bed costing 100,000 yuan for cooling, and flamingos roam in large flocks, making it feel like being in their natural habitat. The park offers a wide variety of attractions. The free mini-train and cable car are highlights. Riding the mini-train allows for close-up observation of the animals living in their open environment, as if you were on the African savanna; while the cable car provides a bird's-eye view of the entire park, offering different scenery and a glimpse into the diverse animal life. In addition, the park offers various performances and interactive activities, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the animals. However, Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park also has some drawbacks. Ticket prices are relatively high, with a standard adult ticket costing around 350 yuan, and dynamic pricing, with higher prices on weekends and holidays. Prices inside the park are also not cheap; a bottle of ordinary mineral water costs 12 yuan, and a fast food meal can easily cost 68-88 yuan. On holidays, long queues for the mini-train and cable car can affect the overall experience. Overall, while Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park has its high prices, its rich variety of animals, excellent animal welfare, and diverse attractions still make it a very worthwhile destination, especially suitable for families with children and animal lovers.

吴倩雯🐾It was a really great park, well worth the long trip! The staff were very welcoming, and the kids on their educational trip were fantastic. They helped carry our strollers and even took a group photo with us. The whale shark overnight stay was a wonderful surprise for the kids. Our small bag, which we lost in the park, was also found and taken to the lost and found. It contained all our essentials. A special thank you to Liang Xuyun, a staff member at the park, who kept an eye out for lost and found items and even brought it back to us after work that evening, making our trip so enjoyable and fulfilling. We'll definitely come back again!

We originally planned to stay for three days, but after checking in, we found it very convenient for getting around, especially the outdoor terrace with its fantastic night view. It was very pleasant to have a few drinks with friends. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. Atour's service was as good as ever, and their laundry service was very thoughtful, completely eliminating any sense of unfamiliarity. Therefore, we took an extra day off. We will continue to support Atour and Ctrip.

Thumbs up for China's infrastructure! 👍 The visit was a bit short; after taking photos, there wasn't enough time to learn more about the entire construction process and technology – a small regret!

小同kyIt was very pleasant to enjoy the night view of Macau Island while enjoying the sea breeze! The boat was very stable, and I basically took photos of the scenery on the upper deck. Not many people stayed in the hold. The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was too dark at night, so I couldn't take any photos. It was a bit monotonous. There were people selling calligraphy and paintings in the cabin on the return trip, which was quite lively!

雷雷菲菲鲁鲁My day trip to Chaozhou included visits to the Xu Fuma Mansion, the residence of Xu Jue, the husband of Princess De'an, sister of Emperor Yingzong of the Northern Song Dynasty. The mansion's architectural style resembles a four-horse carriage, with bamboo-woven gray walls, stone flooring, and an S-shaped water system being its three treasures. It is the only known mansion of its kind in the private sector. We also visited the Guangji Bridge (a 4A scenic area), a vital transportation hub between Guangdong and Fujian, combining beam, pontoon, and arch bridges, and is considered on par with the Zhaozhou Bridge, Luoyang Bridge, and Lugou Bridge. We visited the Han Yu Ancestral Hall, learning about Han Yu's eight months of service in Chaozhou, with an inscription written by Su Shi. Next, we went to the Beige Buddhist Lamp, seeing the brightly lit lamp over the Han River. The Beige Buddhist Lamp is one of the eight scenic spots of Chaozhou. From the Beige Pavilion, we could see the Crocodile Crossing in the Autumn Wind, the Han Yu Ancestral Hall across the river, the Xiang Bridge in the Spring Tide downstream, the Phoenix Rain, and the Longqiu Pagoda.

The housekeeper was very efficient in cleaning, and the front desk staff were friendly and provided a free upgrade. The room is highly recommended and worth staying at.

The place is designed to be on Instagram (or Weibo) with several themes, various "rides" which are not really amusement park machines rides, but like shows having different themes. The main attraction is the show which shows the passage of time for Guangdong, from old to modern. Dances, music, horses, action, people flying around, all very well choreographed clips from time.
