Highlights: Guangdong Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall is located in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City. It was completed and opened in September 2005. The museum is divided into seven exhibition halls, with a total of more than 200 pieces of eastern revolutionary cultural relics, more than 450 historical photos, 22 sculptures, oil paintings, prints and other works of art, which objectively and comprehensively reflect the leadership of the Guangdong people during the Anti-Japanese War. The Dongjiang Column of the Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Team fought bloody battles and won the glorious course of victory for the liberation of the nation. The exhibition hall is adjacent to the old anti-Japanese site of Dawangling Village. The main building has the architectural style of Lingnan Hakka villages during the Anti-Japanese War. The thematic display content closely follows the historical background of the World Anti-Fascist War, China's Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation, using phantom imaging, electronic sand table, simulated scenes, etc. The modern acoustic and photoelectric display and exhibition technology, combined with the artistic effect of regional characteristics, systematically demonstrated the glorious history of the Dongjiang Column's bloody struggle for the liberation of the nation. There are currently three Dongjiang Column Memorial Halls in Guangdong Province. They are located in Dawangling Village, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, adjacent to the former site of the Dalingshan Anti-Japanese Base, a national key cultural relic protection unit, and the Guangdong Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall, an institution that protects the old site; Huizhou Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall in Luofu Mountain Scenic Area; Memorial Hall in Shenzhen Pingshan New District.
