The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel."Book - No.9

Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said," okok, you can go as well". So, looks like some kind of discrimination.
And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.
