Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!
Although I stayed here during a busy time at the end of the year, the staff were polite and explained things to me kindly, so there was nothing I didn't understand.
I'll definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.
Thank you very much.

The location is amazing, just a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Matsue Station. There are only stairs from the exit to the lobby, and no ramps, so it is a bit inconvenient to have to carry a carrier for 10 steps. Perhaps because breakfast and dinner are provided at a low price, there were quite a few guests, but the restaurant was not too crowded and the quality was not bad. The biggest downside is that Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient.
It's been a long time since I've seen a room with a wall mounted air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, but the soundproofing was poor and the smell of smoke was too strong, coming in through the toilet corridor. There was nothing we could do about it. The carpet in the hall has a pungent smell. The hotel service is good. There is a free artificial hot spring. Although I haven't seen it, it seems to be quite crowded. I forgot something when I checked out, but the room attendant brought it to me, which was very considerate.

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!
GGuest UserThe hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind!
The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant!
We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!
But she said she would be home by March next year!
The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup!
Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

JJack_Lin1984Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, just next to the train subway station.
Hygienic: very clean
Facilities: Also very good, although the room is a bit small
Service: Breakfast is a bit simple, and it is cleaned up immediately after the time, and a bread is not eaten, although it has not been completely put away, and it is not allowed to eat! This is a bit strange.
이이연하りとI remember it was a smoking room, but it may not be.
The hallway smelled like cigarettes, but I knew that when I made the reservation, so it was fine.
There was a bathroom, but it was just an ordinary public bath, so it was adequate.
It is very close to the station.
There is a parking lot connected to the accommodation, and it is cheap.
However, it is too close to the station, so you have to park in any parking lot, ask for the parking lot location, and go back to park. (The return is free.)
There are facilities such as convenience stores nearby.
The staff is friendly.
The room is small, so you can't open your suitcase.

GGuest UserA very good hotel. The service is very considerate and touching. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious! The room is large and the butler will help introduce all the facilities. I will choose to stay here next time!
DdanielsoThe service is super good. Eat dinner in the room, the service staff kept delivering various dishes. I originally booked a room without a bathroom by mistake, and later the store asked me to add money to change the room. Thanks for the excellent service!
